We would recommend you to apply JAL's overseas base crew. There are several oversea bases like London, Frankfurt, Sao Paulo where you can apply. We don't find any stewards in Tokyo base.
It is quite difficult to recruit non Japanese passport holders in Japan due to working permit. Another problem is that some countries may not accept you (depend on your passport) as JAL's crew. JAL flies to 30 countries now. Overseas base crew has no such problem because they fly between home base and Japan.
There are some boys in overseas bases of JAL. Especially, London and Sao Paulo bases recruit many boys. ANA also recruits London base crew.
We believe your are welcomed by Varig or European airlines. Because you are multi lingual person.
